Id	int	A running number that univocally identifies an observation within the parent RSD.
IslandId	int	IslandId
MissionPhase	str	The mission phase to which this exposure pertains: - PV phase - Comissionning - Routine
Name	str	Name
NFields	int	Number of dither fields in this observation. it is assumed to be: - 1 for WS/DS and some calibrations - Greater than 1 for some calibration observations composed by several fields.
NPointings	int	Total number of pointings this observation is composed of.It is assumed to be 4 for Wide/Deep field observations and any number for calibration observations.
ObservationQuaternion	QuaternionType	Mean observation quaternion.
ObservationType	str	Observation to be executed. See Appendix for detail
ParameterSet	GenericKeyValueParameters	ParameterSet
PatchId	int	The patch id to which this observation pertains
PointingRequest	PointingRequestType	Each of the pointings an observation is composed of. In the case of Wide and Deep surveys it is a synonim to the dithers
PreviousUnallocatedTime	UnallocatedTime	This is a documentation entity that explicitly acknowledges a period of time that is not used by the current schedule. It starts at the end of the previous observation and ends at the start of the following slew/observation.
Priority	float	A scientific priority associated to a given exposure. It perhaps should be associated to a certain region.
SurveyId	str	The Survey to which this exposure pertains: - Wide Survey (WS) - Deep Survey (DS) - Calibration - Other Survey 1 Survey 2 - Etc
Target	str	Target name, mainly for calibration observations.For WS/DS/Cal observations could be absent, empty or a standarized target name based on e.g. coordinates
TargetId	int	Defines uniquely the target of this observation.
